Galleries are private, but a couple can share theirs with an invite link. If you come across content on Couple Gallery that you believe is illegal, please email us. To help us act quickly, please include:

• ♥the invite link or invite code and, if possible, which photo, film or text you mean,
• ♥why you believe the content is illegal,
• ♥your name and email address (not required for reports of child sexual abuse material),
• ♥a statement that you believe in good faith that your report is accurate and complete.

We will review every report promptly, carefully and objectively, and let you know what we decided (Art. 16 DSA).

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws. For information that users store with our service, such as the photos, films and texts of a shared gallery, the liability rules of Art. 4 to 8 DSA apply: we are not obliged to monitor this information or to search for circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement. As soon as we learn of such an infringement, we will remove the content or block access to it without delay.

Our website contains links to external websites of third parties, on whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations when the link was set, and no illegal content was recognisable at that time. Permanent monitoring of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such links immediately.

The content and works created by us on these pages, including the software, the 3D gallery, the design and the logo, are subject to German copyright law. Copying, editing, distributing or any kind of use beyond the limits of copyright law requires our prior written consent. The photos, films and texts in a couple's own gallery belong to that couple.
